CityBus is hiring a part-time customer service representative to work Thursdays and Fridays 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at CityBus Center.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with a wide range of people, including people with disabilities or whose primary language isn’t English, the ability to analyze transit schedules and assist customers with planning CityBus trips, basic knowledge of computer and phones, ability to count and do simple arithmetic while protecting CityBus resources, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
Selected candidate must have the ability to work successfully in an independent environment with little supervision, and a dedication to quality work while efficiently managing time.
Spanish-speaking candidate is preferred but not required.

Ideal candidates will have a Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements and an excellent driving record. Commercial drivers license is preferred but not required. Applicants must be willing to work flexible schedules, be safety-minded and enjoy working with the public.
