Our most popular option, Exterior Tail Signs are mounted in frames on the back of the bus, seen by vehicles following the bus or pedestrians on the sidewalk.

Size of Sign
All signs are 21" tall. Signs are available in two widths, 66" wide or 48" wide, depending on the bus used. Our staff will help determine which size of sign is available to best suit your needs.
- The 66" sign is available on the majority of buses in the fleet.
- The 48" sign is available on the newest buses in the fleet (including hybrid diesel-electric buses).
Sign Production
CityBus provides graphic design services at no charge to the advertiser, however costs to produce the sign are the advertiser's responsibility. CityBus can provide referrals to local sign companies to assist with production. 1 sign is needed for each bus.
Agency Commission
Rates shown are gross rates. CityBus pays a 15% commission to advertising agencies who place ads for their clients. The commission is usually made in the form of a billing discount (net rate) to the agency.
