Wabash Trolley Line
RIDER ALERT: Trolleys are detouring around construction on First St. on campus. Trolleys follow MacArthur to right on Third, right on N. Martin Jischke, and resume regular route at First St. There is no service on First St. while this detour is in effect.
Welcome! The free trolley is a great way to introduce yourself to using public transportation. Destinations include hotels, restaurants, shops, cultural, arts and entertainment venues in downtown Lafayette-West Lafayette and at Purdue University. (Learn more about downtown here.)
Weekday Service
Trolleys follow either the Gold Line or the Black Line route depending on whether classes at Purdue are held.
See the Purdue Academic Calendar to determine if classes are in session today.
- Gold Line (Operates weekdays when Purdue classes are held during the Fall and Spring semester.)
- Black Line (Operates weekdays when Purdue classes are not held and during Summer Break.)

RIDER ALERT: Saturday service is currently not operating. Saturday trolley service will resume on April 3, 2010.
Late Night Friday and Saturday
During Purdue's fall and spring semesters, the NightRider provides late night service along portions of the Wabash Trolley Line route until 3:30AM with free rides for everyone. See NightRider schedule for details.

Fares: Ride Free!
Rides on the trolley (and on buses supplementing the trolley route, look for "trolley" on the headsign) are free for all riders. Donations are accepted to help reduce the burden of cost upon taxpayers. To donate, insert bills or coins in the farebox. The driver cannot make change.
